Long Island Radio Broadcasting/LI Digital is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to lead our advertising sales team. Based in the vibrant Hamptons / Eastern Long Island market, this role involves driving revenue growth through radio and digital advertising solutions, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of account executives.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local businesses.- Collaborate with programming and digital teams to create compelling advertising packages.- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
