Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business & Education Development Manager Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to assist with future business opportunities throughout our area of business in Massachusetts and Rhode Island as well as to develop and implement detailed educational material related to the types of Home Improvement Restoration work that we engage in, which maybe shared with various vendors that provide services to us as well as customers and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, educationing staff, vendors, customers, and clients, and develop strategic plans that align with our company goals. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and use of your natural sphere of influence. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, supporting vendors, customers, and clients to ensure that our business model is understood and respected within the communities we serve. * Collaborate with existing staff to create effective strategies to implement our desire to educate individuals who we meet with regarding ourvaluable services, well as those we seek to hire to perform services for our projects. * Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales activities, on an as needed basis. * Prepare educational presentations for potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services. * Prepare training materials for our vendors to ensure that they have a competent understanding of the type of work that we believe is required in order to comply with Building Code, Manufacturers Installation Instructions, as well as various Local, State, Federal Government oversight agencies, such as OSHA to ensure safety protocols are being followed on the job site. Qualifications * Experience in business development and/or educational presentations in a one on one or a group setting. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent customer relationship management abilities, fostering long-term partnerships by fully understanding the tremendous benefits of working with New England Property Services Group, LLC. * Familiarity with strategic planning processes to align business goals with market opportunities. * Proficient in using softwares such as Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client interactions and sales data. * Strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
