Full description of the position

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Specialist to join our team in the Retail Fixture industry. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service to our national accounts, outside sales team, and large accounts. You will work closely with the sales department to analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales quotas. Your primary focus will be to maintain strategic accounts and assist in troubleshooting customer issues and serve as the support specialist. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our sales team and the growth of our business. Minimum Qualifications: * Experience working in an ERP environment * Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office * Experience working with CRM software * Strong organizational and planning skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in Sales Support * Experience in the Retail Fixture industry Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to our national accounts, outside sales team, and large accounts * Analyze sales data and assist in achieving sales quotas * Collaborate with the sales department to develop and implement sales strategies * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Skills: As a Sales Support Specialist, you will utilize your impeccable customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with our national accounts, outside sales team, and other accounts. Your proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office will be essential in managing customer accounts and analyzing sales data. Your experience with CRM software will enable you to provide valuable support to our sales personnel in the field. Your strong organizational and planning skills will allow you to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
