Responsibilities: * Generate new accounts through proactive prospecting and client referrals. * Respond to inbound referrals and walk-in business. * Provide comprehensive risk analysis and recommend customized coverage solutions. * Present proposals and follow-up with prospective clients. * Complete applications and ensure all carrier-required documentation is submitted accurately. * Maintain coverage adequacy by utilizing coverage checklists on all accounts. * Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Requirements: * Valid Tennessee Life/Health Producer License (Preferred). * 3+ years of sales experience preferred (Insurance background not required - we'll help you get licensed!). * Exceptional communication and customer service skills. * Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. * Curiosity and research skills for gathering information to complete applications.
