Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic TX Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by helping them understand their insurance options and guiding them through the selection process. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. * Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth in the insurance sector. * Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy details, coverage options, and claims processes. * Assist clients with benefits administration and ensure they understand their coverage options. * Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote insurance products. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks in compliance with company policies. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes related to HIPAA compliance. Qualifications * Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective client engagement. * Knowledge of benefits administration and insurance products is a plus. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients. * Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is beneficial.
