POSITION TITLE: Account Executive Assistant Off-Price POSITION PURPOSE: Provide support to the off-price sales team in order to successfully achieve and surpass the sales and profit objectives of the company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Support off-price sales team In finalizing liquidation deals and up-front production buys. Compile projection sheets for both external and internal partners. Maintain/update off-price excel order tracker on a daily basis. Track production orders and alert team of delivery issues. Create sales order entry requests and pass to sales support team. Send customer PO information to production upon receipt. Submit credit release requests to AR as needed. Prepare and send allocation notices to warehouse in order to ensure timely routing of customer PO. Track shipments for each account and provide account with updates as needed. Process production strike-off requests, approve trim and fabric for up-front programs. Review and communicate sales feedback to tech team as needed. Organize the off-price sample library and maintain the sample tracker. Provide samples to accounts as needed/requested. Assist with various market tasks, create seasonal look books, pull samples, assort the line with the AE, and take notes during market appointments.
