Chevy of Carson is looking for Sales Porters to join our team! As a full time Lot Porter, you will be essential in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the parking area while providing excellent customer service. Reporting to your Manager, your core skills in driving, communication, and manual transmission will be vital as you assist customers and manage vehicle movement. Responsibilities * Maintaining used vehicle inventory and appearance * Receive new car inventory and organizing vehicles in the sales lot * Making sure to clean interior and exterior of all frontline vehicles * Keeps the lot clean and organized throughout the day * Other duties may be applied as needed by manager * Wash, cleans and dries serviced vehicles as needed Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Strong customer service and communication skills * Experience with manual transmission vehicles * Familiarity with parking procedures * Previous dealership or delivery driver experience preferred * Bilingual skills are a plus * Knowledge of retail math and guest services is advantageous Lot/Inventory management involves swapping & delivering vehicles from and to other dealers. Maintaining the showroom & assisting in vehicle upkeep while on the lot. Many of our lot porters have grown into sales positions or express technician into our Dealership.
