This role involves coordinating the activities of the BDC team, implementing effective communication strategies, and driving growth through customer-focused initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES : * Supervise, train, and mentor BDC staff to ensure high performance and engagement. * Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication. * Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times, handling escalated concerns as necessary. * Work closely with the service management team to create and implement campaigns that generate leads. * Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to drive strategic decisions. * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the BDC and service team. * Prepare regular reports for upper management on lead conversion rates, customer interactions, and team performance. * Conduct regular training sessions on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team performance. * Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and technologies to manage leads and customer interactions. * Troubleshoot issues related to technology and provide solutions. * All other duties as assigned.
