Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales efforts, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and assistance throughout their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, enabling them to effectively engage with potential customers and contribute to business development initiatives. Duties * Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Assist the sales team in managing leads and maintaining accurate records in the system. * Communicate effectively with customers, addressing inquiries and providing product information. * Support inside sales efforts by preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs. * Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate terms and close deals. * Provide technical support related to our products, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of features and benefits. * Contribute to the development of sales strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth. Experience * Previous experience in inside sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role. * Familiarity with sales is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. * Experience in business development or customer relationship management is advantageous. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and industry trends.
