They will also be responsible for helping to continue the rapid growth of Transcat's rental business through quoting, order placement, customer service and sales support. Responsibilities: * Receive quote requests via email, case queue and phone, issue quotes via our quoting system * Process POs, including ensuring unit availability, place orders * Work with the customer to understand requirements and find alternative solutions * Work with other team members and brand representatives to solve technical issues arising during rentals * Attend and complete training sessions on brands and product categories * Occasional travel may be required, estimated to be less than 10% of the time * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to successfully change tasks in a fast-paced environment * Communicate in a clear, professional and concise matter with internal and external customers * Ability to work independently as well as show initiative * Attention to detail and focus are critical for this role.
