Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Funding Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and customer service, with a focus on building relationships and driving sales. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the ability to engage with clients through warm calling and cold- calling telemarketing efforts. As a Funding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives and enhancing customer satisfaction. Duties * Engage potential clients through warm calling and telemarketing to generate leads and build relationships. * Negotiate terms and close deals effectively to meet sales targets. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and growth. * Utilize software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. . * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends to effectively position our products.
