Job Overview We are looking for a passionate Licensed Insurance Producer! The ideal candidate will excel in inside/outside sales and possess strong communication skills to effectively engage and sell clients. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to approach negotiation in unique way. Duties * Develop and maintain a robust client base through outside sales efforts and networking. * Communicate clearly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend suitable insurance products. * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential clients. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring client satisfaction. * Negotiate terms of insurance policies to meet client requirements while adhering to company guidelines. * Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients. Requirements * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele; multilingual skills are a plus. * Excellent analytical skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored solutions. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. * Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to building long-term relationships. * A valid MI Insurance Producer license is required.
