In the sales representative role, you will focus on what salespeople do best; customer acquisition. This position is critical as it is the first touch with the customer in our sales process. What we require of our Sales Reps: * Actively engage and sell customers home exterior solutions to homeowners that creates a great, 5 Star Experience. * Actively collaborate with your peers and sales leaders through various avenues, including regular training. * Be a brand ambassador by wearing company-branded apparel during business hours. * Live out company core values - everyday as a valued member of the team. * You may have to work hours in the evening and at times on Saturdays as sales opportunities are created. * Perform Storm Damage inspections on residential homes. This may require climbing a ladder, as such, you must have the ability to set up and climb a ladder. * You must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder and other tools. * Team building and community volunteering activities throughout the year. * Training and technological resources provided (software, computers etc.). * Company clothing and brand apparel provided and updated based on the season.
