Position: Inside Sales Associate for*The Jane Lee Team - Re/Max Top Performers We are looking to expand our Inside Sales department into an ISA Team and are seeking candidates with a drive to succeed! Previous ISA experience preferred - call center experience a huge plus! Previous Real Estate experience a bonus! We are open to licensed agents looking to move into an office role as well as candidates with no real estate experience who have experience and proven results in successfully converting outbound calls into leads! *If you are a very driven individual who learns independently with little guidance, we would love to hear from you - please submit a cover letter detailing why you believe you are a candidate we should consider. Responsibilities and Duties: This role is in-office with 75% to 80% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers. You will prospect INBOUND and OUTBOUND leads. Candidate must be hungry to grow the business and SEEK OUT qualified leads! Prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads. Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists. Utilize strong communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments. Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM (training provided) Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Skills: Illinois Real Estate License required Excellent organizational and time management skills. MS Office, Word, Excel Multi-Tasker and Rapid Response Time Independently Driven Individual Self Confident Experience: 1-2 Years in Sales, sales related positions required 1-2 Years in Real Estate preferred We urge any current Licensed Agents looking for a change to apply Must be able to check emails 8am - 8pm.
