Look no further- we are seeking a Orthodontic Treatment Sales Coordinator. Our private, one doctor practice is state-of-the-art, has a strong community presence, and demonstrates a heart of service by working with several non profits and local small businesses throughout the year. We are seeking a candidate to join our growing team who desires to do great work, with little supervision, and takes pride in initiating learning, has creative problem solving skills, and believes a quality experience for our patients while they are on the smile journey is paramount. How do you know if this job is for you? A New Patient Treatment Coordinator's main responsibilities include the following: * Discuss orthodontic treatment, case fees and options to help patients accept care that is recommended * Handle objections to treatment and get creative to find best financial option for the patient * Is able to maintain a detailed and timely follow up when patient leave uncommitted * Is a highly proficient liaison and between the doctor, patient and referring dental offices * Communicate with patients to provide treatment information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues * Meeting monthly and quarterly case acceptance and completion ratios * Maintains appropriate A/R ratio and works with insurance and billing parties in a accurate and timely manner Ideal candidates have at least one of the following experience: - Sales experience - Retail management or leadership experience (PLUS) - Must be proficient in using a computer- including functions inside of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets - Must love working people and numbers alike - Knowledge about orthodontic treatment concepts is advantageous but not required as we are willin to teach an indiviual wiht the right personality and work ethic.
