Full description of the position

Who are we? Flagship Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 41 sites in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia area and have plans for continuous expansion. Flagship a Spotless Brands Company, is one of the fastest growing and largest car wash platforms in the United States. Position Overview: The Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our fleet business segment. This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to cultivate relationships with fleet managers and decision-makers. The Fleet Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. What You 'll Do: Business Development: * Identify and target potential fleet customers, including rental car agencies, taxi companies, delivery services, corporate fleets, and government agencies. * Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new fleet accounts and expand our customer base. * Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, and industry events. Client Relationship Management: * Cultivate strong relationships with fleet managers and key decision-makers to understand their needs and requirements. * Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive customer retention. Proposal Development and Negotiation: * Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our services, pricing, and value proposition. * Negotiate contracts and service agreements with fleet customers, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with company objectives. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and finance teams, to develop competitive pricing strategies and service offerings. Market Analysis and Strategy: * Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth. * Analyze market data and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and enhance our value proposition. * Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to senior management. What You 'll Bring: * Proven track record of success in driving sales revenue and acquiring new business accounts. * Strong understanding of fleet management principles, automotive maintenance, and car washing services. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets. * Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
