Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO. The ideal candidate will have: * A minimum of 1 years of experience in sales, or 1 years of experience in customer service, or a minimum of 1 years of experience in customer service and sales. * A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. * A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and sales. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Must be computer literate and able to use the company's online tools. * Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company. * Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change. * Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions. * Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. * Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. * Must be able to maintain confidentiality as part of our company culture.
