Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales, with a proven track record of success in outside sales and account management. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, and fostering collaboration across departments to enhance customer service and satisfaction. Duties * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share. * Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed performance targets. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making. * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking efforts. * Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly. Requirements * Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the technology sector. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management. * Demonstrated success in technical sales and outside sales environments. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively. * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
