Join Our Team as a Comfort Advisor at Flow Pros Plumbing! Are you an experienced plumber or sales professional ready to take the next step in your career by helping homeowners find the best solutions for their plumbing needs? Flow Pros Plumbing is looking to add (1-2) comfort advisors to our team. The Comfort Advisor is a sales-focused role responsible for visiting residential properties to assess, educate, and provide detailed estimates for large plumbing projects. About Us: Flow Pros Plumbing is a locally owned and operated company dedicated to providing top-notch plumbing services to our customers in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Polk County. Since our inception in 2020, we have experienced rapid growth, and now we're looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team. About the Role As a Comfort Advisor at Flow Pros Plumbing, you'll be responsible for: * Visit customer homes to evaluate plumbing systems and recommend solutions * Provide estimates for large-scale plumbing projects such as water mains, sewer replacements, and full home repipes * Build rapport with homeowners and answer any questions about project scope and pricing * Accurately document details and submit proposals using our system * Follow up on open estimates and leads to close deals * Coordinate with our install team to ensure smooth hand-off and execution of sold projects * Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Requirements * Proven experience in sales (plumbing, HVAC, home services, or construction industry preferred) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems is a plus (or willingness to learn) * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Comfortable working in a field-based role (traveling to customer homes) Join us as a Comfort Advisor where your contributions will directly impact our customers' experiences and satisfaction!
