Job Summary Mega Granite is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in telemarketing and technical sales, with a passion for business development and market expansion. Duties * Understanding product features and benefits * Maintaining a customer database * Upselling products and services * Using CRM software to track sales and customer interactions * Working with sales team to achieve goals * Researching competitors offers and industry trends Qualifications * High school diploma or GED * Two-five years or more of experience in a sales role * Have the ability to write emails, make phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries * Have an eye for design (has a sense of decorating: matching colors, countertops, backsplash together, etc.) * Obtain a customer-focused attitude * Can multitask * Performs well in high-pressure environments * Occasional Saturday availability to work showroom Join us as an Inside Sales Representative where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth while providing you with opportunities for professional development.
