We are seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team at Beach Auto Sales. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping customers find their ideal vehicles while contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service. This position is located at our dealership. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about available vehicles, including features and pricing. * Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services. * Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate leads. * Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings. * Ensure excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients. * Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience. * Lead a small team of salespeople (or build your own from scratch) * Manage inventory, pricing, and online listings (Facebook, Craigslist, Autotrader, etc.) * Drive traffic, close deals, and build a profitable operation * Track daily sales KPIs and keep your team accountable * Deliver an exceptional buying experience for every customer Requirements * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. * Strong mathematical skills for pricing and financing calculations. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. * Ability to upsell products effectively and meet sales targets. * Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. * Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial. * Proven track record in automotive sales (at least 3 years) * Leadership experience (formal or informal) * Self-starter with strong closing skills * Comfortable working with digital leads and modern tools * Must be hungry, driven, and ready to grow with us What we offer * Commission + bonus structure (no cap) * Real decision-making authority * Inventory and finance partners in place * Entrepreneurial freedom inside a lean and fast-moving team * Path to General Manager and equity for high performers If you're passionate about cars and enjoy helping others find the perfect vehicle, we invite you to apply today and become part of the Beach Auto Sales family!
