Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic WINE Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of wine and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine sales, extensive knowledge in the wine industry, a strong ability to build relationships, and a commitment to achieving targets. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to promote the wine * must have experience in the sale of alcohol in NEW YORK * Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings. * Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth experience for the customer. * Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals and objectives. * Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage. * A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities. * Willingness to learn about our products and services in-depth.
