Job Description: Clinical Liaison Tutera Senior Living & Health Care Are you a Sales and Marketing Professional seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Look no further! As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for the immediate referral response process to achieve performance goals. The clinical liaison will utilize the information provided through the electronic medical system and the client relation management system to complete a clinical assessment. You will review and evaluate prospective resident referrals by the approved clinical capabilities, bed availability, integrated eligibility, and sex offender status to provide an immediate response to the referral partner, and effectively communicate the determination with the community. * Do You Have What It Takes? * A fire and passion for working with seniors * A flexible, fun, and energetic personality * Must have an active, and in good standing, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice * A minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar role, with similar responsibilities, in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required * Must have clinical liaison and admission coordination experience * Must possess intermediate to advanced computer skills, including prior work experience with an EMR or HER * Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action and the ability to handle confidential information required * Must possess patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition * Must show enthusiasm, flexibility, and personal integrity * Ability and willingness to work harmoniously with members of a team required * Leadership, organization, and time management skills required * Professional image in both appearance and behavior * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Why is Tutera THE Employer of Choice? * Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is guided by one single purpose: To live the YOUNITE philosophy in every decision, every day.
