Role Description As a Licensed Insurance Producer at Vista Insurance Group, you will play a key role in acquiring and retaining clients by providing expert guidance on insurance coverage options. This hybrid role offers flexibility for some remote work, but candidates must be based in or near the Western Massachusetts area. You will be responsible to: * Sell and manage new insurance accounts while maintaining strong client relationships. * Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual client needs. * Meet or exceed monthly/annual production goals. * Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and insurance products. * Approach the unique needs of each customer in a professional manner. Qualifications * A valid Property & Casualty Producer license (or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe). * 1+ years of experience in insurance sales preferred; highly motivated, newly licensed producers are encouraged to apply. * Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations. * Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
