The ideal candidate will need to be bilingual and able to pass an insurance license exam. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance products for clients. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to meet client requirements. * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups on policy renewals and claims. * Provide guidance on insurance options, ensuring clients understand their coverage and benefits. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience. Experience * Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service. . * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds. * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader client base. * A valid insurance license is required for this position; candidates must be willing to obtain necessary insurance license if not already licensed.
