We are looking for a motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Countertop Sales Specialist to join our expanding team. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Countertop Sales Specialist to manage relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and other fabricators. This role involves selling materials, fabrication, transportation, and installation services. The ideal candidate will thrive in a draw + commission structure, with unlimited earning potential, and be responsible for driving sales through every stage of the process--from lead generation to project completion. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Management: Respond to leads promptly, providing information about products and services, and nurturing opportunities through the sales funnel. * Client Consultation: Advise clients on countertop solutions, including material selection, design, fabrication, and installation. * Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, generating referrals and repeat business. * Plan Review: Identify and correct any inaccuracies in plans received from clients. * Communication: Handle client inquiries and emails professionally and in a timely manner. * Design & Presentation: Build and present high-quality digital templates to clients, making necessary adjustments and closing deals. * Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and the Sales Team to communicate job specifications and ensure seamless project execution. * Pipeline Growth: Help expand the sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals. * Documentation: Prepare designs and all required documentation for new projects, passing them on to Scheduling and Purchasing. * Client Follow-Up: Maintain communication with clients throughout the installation process, ensuring satisfaction upon project completion. * Problem Solving: Address issues in the field to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction. * CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system. * Travel: Drive to project sites within the local sales area as required. * File Maintenance: Maintain accurate estimating files, including bid documents and plans into the company's ERP system. Qualifications: * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required. * Proven sales experience in the countertop industry, including material, fabrication, transportation, and installation. * Experience working with homeowners, builders, designers, and fabricators in both remodel and new construction projects. * Knowledge of laser templating equipment and digital template design is a plus. * Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. * Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) is a plus. * Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently under a commission + draw structure. * Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various project sites.
