Full description of the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Support Specialist for a 90-day project , with the possibility of extension. This role is critical in supporting our Contracts and Bid Specialists by ensuring accurate data handling, report generation, and timely communication with internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities * Provide direct support to assigned Contracts and Bid Specialists. * Assist in soliciting and maintaining bids in alignment with Master Distribution Agreement requirements. * Interpret and manage contractual obligations for various customers (including schools, casinos, cruise lines, corrections, emergency camps, military/government entities, and nonprofits). * Implement and review pricing agreements. * Coordinate with internal departments within the Operating Company (OpCo) to ensure contract compliance and execution. * Generate reports and analyze data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, data pulls, etc.). * Perform accurate and timely data entry while meeting critical deadlines. Required Qualifications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis). * Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. * Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with coworkers and customers professionally. * Self-motivated with sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
