Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the residential market. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that enhance their living environments. Duties : * Engage in cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients. * Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and present appropriate products or services. * Utilize technology sales techniques to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients. * Manage accounts by tracking sales progress, updating client information, and following up on leads. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing market share in the residential sector. * Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Experience : The ideal candidate will possess: * Proven experience in technology sales or related fields such as inside sales or technical sales. * Strong background in account management with a focus on customer service excellence. * Ability to effectively negotiate terms and close deals while maintaining positive client relationships. * Familiarity with software tools that aid in tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions. * Excellent communication skills with a knack for engaging clients and understanding their needs.
