Exciting Opportunity at ALPS Adult Day Services! ALPS Adult Day Services has a rare and exciting opening! We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy individual who is looking for a meaningful, long- term role with a mission-driven organization. Position Overview: This full-time, salaried (non-exempt) position involves responsibilities in Sales & Marketing, Family Advocacy , and Fundraising. The ideal candidate will bring heartfelt compassion for seniors and a genuine passion for supporting families in need. Key Qualifications: * Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills * Experience in outside sales and marketing * Proficiency with computers and digital tools * Background in healthcare is a plus * Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends Work Schedule: The typical work week is 40-45 hours, primarily between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. , Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities.
