Location: San Francisco, CA, United States Date Updated: Apr 30, 2025 Job ID: 9357-OTHLOC-CIxvYfws Description About the Job The Immune Hematology Manager (IHM) is responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies while growing the product base for our client in their specified geography. The IHM will provide on-label product information to designated key opinion leaders, health care providers/accounts, and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships within the cGVHD community. Main Responsibilities: * Appropriately promote, meet/exceed territory sales goals through approved promotional efforts, focused execution and commitment to positively impacting the lives of patients. * Effectively communicate and provide on-label information for our client's products to designated targets/accounts. * Demonstrate exceptional business acumen to develop clear, comprehensive business plans. * Develop a broad understanding of key customers' goals and clinical outcomes to cultivate partnerships that serve both customer and patient needs. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key personnel, HCPs/non-HCPs, at targeted accounts. * Manage and develop territory budgets for customer contacts, promotional programs, and other external expenditures. * Analyze sales and market trends to identify business opportunities and implement effective strategic plans of action. * Demonstrate product, disease state, and access/reimbursement expertise. * Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various internal teams including Marketing, Managed Care, Analytics, Accounting, Compliance, Legal, and others. * Maintain extensive knowledge of the managed care, GPOs, specialty pharmacy, state Medicaid, and VA selling and reimbursement environment in the assigned geography. * Engage in daily activities such as one-on-one, group, and non-personal on-label sales presentations to targeted providers, along with analyzing market data and trends. * Deliver promotional messages supporting the product's approved indication(s) via face-to-face and virtual platforms. * Utilize digital tools for planning, forecasting, and sales activity review to optimize territory coverage and goal achievement. * Provide timely and accurate administrative reporting on work hours, sales call data, customer engagement, sample management (if applicable), and expenses. * Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations governing pharmaceutical marketing and promotion, as well as our client's internal policies. About You Additional Attributes * Passionate about continuous learning in disease states like cGVHD, and the access and reimbursement landscape for oral oncolytics. * Demonstrates innovation and agility in business planning and customer responsiveness. * Strong listener with a collaborative approach to understanding and addressing the needs of the patient care team. * Team-oriented, committed to sharing insights with cross-functional partners to ensure agility and value in customer engagement. * Resourceful in utilizing tools and budgets effectively while achieving results in a compliant and ethical manner. Qualifications: * Bachelor of Science or relevant degree required. * Several years of progressive pharmaceutical sales experience (Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant experience preferred). * Experience should include field sales, hospital/academic institution engagement, and Managed Care in the oncology/hematology-transplant space. * Track record of generating and driving strong sales results. * Success launching hematology products. * Proven ability to engage HCPs virtually. * Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office. * Willing to travel 60% or more.
