Summary As a Customer Relations Manager at Big O Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Located in Greenville, SC, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring that every client receives the highest level of service throughout their automotive journey. Responsibilities * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. * Manage customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. * Lead and train staff on best practices for customer relations and service excellence. * Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Coordinate with sales and service departments to streamline processes and communication. * Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Requirements * Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English. Bilingual or Multi-ligual is a huge plus. * Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. * Some sales experience is desirable, but not required. * Leadership qualities with experience in developing and completing projects.
