Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Process orders and generate quotes * Field calls and emails direct from clients and process these orders * Process issues of varying complexity (from delivery inquiries through to error resolution) * Create and close cases in CRM or appropriate ERP solution * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat * Provide accurate information regarding products and services * Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges * Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback * Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging customer interactions * Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent GED required * Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is preferred * Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and CRM and ERP or other ticketing system experience preferred * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Professional phone and email etiquette * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail * Strong organizational skills * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to solve issues * Ability to work with a team and independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * Day shift Application Question(s): * Have you processed orders in your previous jobs? * Have you generated quotes in your previous jobs? * How would you handle a situation with a very frustrated customer? * What kind of customer service tools are you familiar with? * How do you ensure clear and effective communication with customers?
