Key Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs, ensuring an exceptional sales experience. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and process for repair or replacement of a wide range of iOS devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches. * Educate customers on product features, benefits, and after-sales care. * Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring equipment and tools are in excellent condition. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-related environment. * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing iOS devices (certifications such as Apple Certified iOS Technician are a plus). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. * Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
