Duties * Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend suitable products. * Conduct thorough market analysis to identify competitive insurance offerings. * Utilize effective communication skills to explain complex insurance concepts clearly. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, including claims assistance. * Analyze client information to tailor insurance solutions that meet individual requirements. * Negotiate terms and conditions of policies with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies. * Participate in telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads and expand the client base. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide knowledgeable advice. Experience * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. * Familiarity with insurance sales processes is a plus; training will be provided for motivated candidates. * Multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse clientele. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively. * Proven ability to negotiate terms that benefit both the client and the company. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. * Experience in benefits administration is a nice-to-have skill that can enhance client interactions.
