About the Position We're looking for a motivated self-starter who's ready to hit the ground running , learn fast , and grow within one of the most exciting industries in the world: digital marketing. As a Lead Generation Associate , you'll be sourcing potential business leads and building relationships with owners who are ready to take their marketing to the next level. This is a part-time, 25-hour-per-week hybrid position , offering a base pay of $13.00 per hour , plus commission based on the digital marketing package sold. You'll be mentored directly by our Training Manager , receive hands-on in-office and field training , and gain valuable experience in lead generation, appointment setting, and relationship management.
