BDC Responsibilities: * Conduct inbound and out bound calls, text, and emails. * Contact leads and set up appointments from leads for our sales team. * Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. * Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value. * Provide exceptional customer service and nurture relationships with prospective clients. BDC Qualifications: * Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus but not required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A proactive and self-motivated attitude. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Willingness to work during evening hours.
