Full Job Description Background PBS Truck Parts has been serving northern Indiana with pride and integrity since 1952. We offer a full line of aftermarket commercial parts for repair, replacement and maintenance. We have 4 locations across northern Indiana to serve Heavy Duty, Medium Duty and Light Duty Commercial Parts needs. In South Bend, we also run a drive-in service center focusing on suspension and steering. Our shop operates a full spring shop and a specialty brake shop. We pride ourselves on our ability to help by supplying the right answers and the right part for the job. We want to be the problem solver and we work hard to keep our word. Summary/Objective: This position will work on the parts counter, identifying truck parts for customers in person and over the phone. Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service. * Reference paper and electronic catalogues to identify the correct truck or trailer parts for the customer. * Resourceful in locating parts on hand, source from another warehouse or from an appropriate vendor * Occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 50 lbs. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Strong knowledge of truck/trailer parts from sales or mechanic experience * Competent computer skills. * Motivated to train and learn. Position Type Expected Hours of Work Full-time day shift, Monday through Friday, Saturday rotation.
