The Customer Service Representative will be provided with training in this position to be an expert in services our company offers and contribute to our companies' ongoing success. The Customer Service Representative will work with customers directly, having the ability to answer all service inquiries about wireless devices and have a seamless sales process. Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative: * Inform customers about the latest services available * Identify customer needs to access sales opportunities by delivering tailored solutions and promotions * Assist with educating customers about services, aiming to increase product usage and brand awareness for sales increase * Explain in detail the advantages of services * Be empathetic with customers when answering their questions, understanding they are looking for further information * Support customers in their new services, delivery and installation * Provide creative solutions to customer challenges, ensuring satisfaction * Collaborate with team members and support leadership in meeting to execute team involvement What We 're Looking For in a Customer Service Representative: * A strong desire to develop a career is a plus for longevity in both customer service, sales, and potential leadership roles * The flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and prioritize tasks effectively * A genuine interest in developing customer relationships * A commitment to meeting and exceeding performance while maintaining a high level of professionalism * Ability to work cross functionally in roles Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,400.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Shift: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person
