Stay up to date on product offerings & possess expert knowledge of Toyota's vehicle lineup & featured technology. * Prepare & present vehicles. Be sure to show customers the latest technology (Bluetooth, Navigation, Toyota Entune, etc.) that is enabled & ready for demonstration. * Stay up to date on both new and pre-owned vehicle inventory. * Build relationships. Create customers for life through excellent service. * Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of vehicles. * Follow up with customers. Create referral business by creating long-lasting relationships. * Bring a positive attitude to the workplace every day.
