JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead Generation * Dedicate 2-3 hours daily to proactive prospecting to connect with potential clients. * Secure referrals from families served and cultivate relationships within the community. * Deliver engaging presentations to educate families about pre-planning benefits. * Track and maintain consistent activity levels to meet productivity goals. Building Family Relationships * Respond promptly to client inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and respect. * Listen actively to understand each family's unique needs and offer tailored solutions. * Maintain regular contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and trust. * Prepare thoroughly for appointments, executing all tasks with precision and care. * Follow up diligently on client requests and resolve concerns effectively. * Earn referrals by fostering trust and demonstrating the value of pre-planning. Team Collaboration * Work closely with funeral directors, location managers, and staff to deliver seamless, high-quality service. * Review past services and family interactions to provide informed, personalized support. * Share insights and family feedback to strengthen team performance and service quality. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of college or an equivalent of education and experience Experience * Face to face sales experience in industries like insurance, financial services, real estate, or related fields preferred. * Familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, is an advantage. * Experience with both one-call-close opportunities and longer-term, relationship-based sales processes. * Demonstrated success in closing consumer market sales up to $75,000 a plus. * Veterans are encouraged to apply.
