We are looking for a talented individual to join our growing company. The role is divided into two support functions, sales and purchasing. As a Support Analyst, you will partner with the National Sales Manager and Sales Representatives across the US and Canada, leading operational support. Assisting with inbound request, trade show coordination, new product awareness, new dealer marketing set ups as well managing and maintaning a drop box of new items.. Supporting the Purchasing Operations, you will assist purchasing in inventory planning, SKU creation, SKU bullet points, Purchase Order data updates and become an expert not only in our product offerings, pricing, but also our sales process You will develop collaborative working relationships with the Sales Team and Operations team. In addition to working with the sales and purchasing team, you will interact with a variety of other departments, including operations and customer service. While you will have regular interaction with the Sales Manager, this is not a customer-facing role, and you are not responsible for generating leads, closing sales, etc. The impact you 'll have: Take the lead of sales support for the company. * Work with Sales Manager to provide Sales Representatives with price quotes for Hotel and Multi Family projects * Support the maintenance of sales opportunities. * Monitor and Track Showroom Customer Displays and performance. * Answer Sales Representatives' questions regarding: our pricing, policies, product configurations, and availability. * Engage in further developing internal tools and processes by providing your ideas and feedback regarding the sales performance and efficiency * Engage with marketing to create scheduled and curated announcements and product introductions. Ability to create a design mock up to assist marketing. * Support our customer service team by providing information needed for the entry of any Display or Project orders. * Process sample orders for Sales Reps and Showrooms * Supporting Purchasing for the company. * Work with Purchasing Manager to Enter New SKU information into master data file * Create New SKU's in Operating System * Create New Labels for Products and submit to factories. * Work with Purchasing Manager to develop key bullet points of product to promote via marketing team. * Assist in inventory review prior to purchase order execution * Assist in updating inbound container dates Why you 'll want to join our team: A supportive, collaborative, and welcoming working environment. * Opportunities for growth and learning in an expanding team. * See your voice and efforts effect positive change for the company, sales representatives and customers. * Gain insight into operations across the company. * Build your knowledge of the full business sales cycle * What we 're looking for: Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of work experience * An organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills * Analytic, critical thinker who enjoys solving problems * A clear and concise communicator both verbally and in writing - especially via email * Ability to balance working both independently and cooperatively with a wide range of people * Someone with a growth mindset who is curious, ambitious, and loves to learn * A person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and adapts well to change * Tech savvy with Excel familiarity, and a drive to further develop Excel skills * Location: * This position is based in our North Kingstown, RI office.
