Job Description The Business Development Representative will join our vibrant team in Los Angeles. This role provides a unique chance to dive into the exciting world of tax consulting, while expanding our brand's reach and forging strong business relationships. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strategic thinking, and a passion for unearthing new business opportunities. Responsibilities * Make Cold/Warm calls to CPA firms and businesses. * Meet with prospects to detail services. * Learn to analyze and qualify potential clients. * Manage proposal submissions and handle contracts for outside sales. * Participate in educational presentations and networking events. * Attend and support marketing campaigns and trade shows to boost brand visibility. * Familiarize yourself with all service lines, with an emphasis on Enterprise Zone and R&D tax incentives. * Other assignments as required. Required Skills/Abilities * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Aspiring to grow into an outside sales position. * Technologically adept. * Prior exposure to a financial background is a distinct advantage. * Experience with Salesforce is beneficial. Education and Experience * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Bachelor's degree is preferred. Physical Requirements * Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. * Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time. Salary Base 55K with Benefits
