Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is now seeking a Manager, Global & Field Sales Colombia & Andean to join our team at WHG Colombia in Bogota, D.C., N/A. Prop osito El Gerente de Global & Field Sales Corporate - M&E administrara una cartera de cuentas globales de dos segmentos especificos y tendra como principal proposito, alcanzar las metas especificamente delineadas respecto a la contribucion para los hoteles de WHR. Desempeara un papel proactivo en el desarrollo de sus cuentas en terminos de relacion, comunicaciones, engagement, sera el principal punto de contacto de ventas para aumentar su produccion y el incremento en el market share de la oferta de WHR en Andean y a nivel global. Liderar el portafolio previamente asignado y, de manera estrategica, se posicionara frente a los hoteles y clientes de WHR como lider de la cuenta la cual debera contribuir en el resultado de los hoteles, creando valor y contribuyendo a la venta general del GSO de la region. Principales tareas y responsabilidades * Desarrollar el 100% del portafolio asignado de los segmentos Corporativo y M&E * Gestionar la temporada de RFPs, de acuerdo con la estrategia de WHR fomentando el uso de las herramientas. * Maximizar las propiedades enfocadas al semgento de M&E y generar grupos con una conversion ideal del 30% de las oportunidades * Manejo del presupuesto asignado para generar retorno de las acciones planificada (workshops, visitas a hoteles, PR, Ferias) * Generar actividades de relacionamiento con sus clientes * Planificar una rutina que incluya video llamadas, visitas presenciales, workshops y todas las oportunidades de generar contenido de interes para los segmentos asignados. * En caso le sea asignado un segmento del mercado, ser el interlocutor y responsable de la comunicacion y estrategia definida desde el GSO y adecuado a la vision del Sr. Director de la region. * Punto focal de representacion de WHR para las cuentas y region asignada. Experiencia & conocimientos * Manejo de Sistema de Gestion Hotelera (PMS) idealmente Opera. * Nivel de ingles intermedio-avanzado. Deseable portugues, no es excluyente. * Experiencia minima de 5 aos en hoteles, dentro de los equipos de ventas, preferiblemente en otros equipos de global & field sales. * Manejo de Paquete de Office nivel intermedio. * Cvent y Salesforce.com es un plus. * Entender los procesos de RFP, Business Case, licitaciones de Grupos, Business Reviews) COMPANY OVERVIEW: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is the world's largest hotel franchising company by the number of properties with approximately 9,200 hotels across over 95 countries on six continents.
