Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Duties * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status in the CRM system. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. * Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions. * Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer service. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust. * Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple accounts simultaneously. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track progress and manage leads effectively.
