Commercial Roofing Sales Expert $80 - 90K Base Salary plus 3% GM Commission This role comes with Medical Insurance, 401k w/matching, company vehicle, gas card. Full Time: Atlanta, GA Our client is looking for a strong Commercial Roofing sales expert to join their team. The Commercial Sales role is responsible for growing the Commercial Sales Division. Must have Commercial Roofing Sales Experience. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * Grow Commercial sales division organically * Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for new contracts * Manage leads that come into the office and internal marketing efforts * Train new sales/estimators as needed * Contribute to overall sales goals * Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals * Hold self accountable for sales goals * Oversee project management of sales/estimators * Execute company vision * Conduct all business in accordance with established policies and procedures * Support and abide by the values of the company * Other duties as assigned Knowledge Skills and Education Requirements * 1+ Years in Commercial Roofing Estimation preferred, 2+ Years sales required * Construction and Commercial experience preferred * Team Player - Willing to complete processing tasks * Critical Thinker - Intuition to pick up phone, ask why and respond promptly to questions * Problem Solver - Take ownership, resolve and communicate with the team. * Great Communication skills * Acceptable driving record and auto insurance If this sounds like the right opportunity for you send a resume to [please apply online] or confidentially call me at 469 [please apply online] ext 748.
