Your ability to listen and relate will be key in guiding them toward their perfect home. Showcase Possibilities: Conduct captivating property tours and showcase stunning model homes, painting a picture of the lifestyle that awaits them. Negotiate with Heart: Work hand-in-hand with clients to negotiate sales contracts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the new home buying process. Champion Fair Practices: Uphold the highest standards of ethical sales practices and compliance with Fair Housing regulations, ensuring every client feels valued and respected. Streamline Success: Handle administrative tasks related to sales transactions, using your tech-savvy skills to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: * Current California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license. * High computer and technology proficiencies. o Experience with Microsoft O365. o Experience with CRM systems (preferred). o Experience with Skyslope or transaction management platforms (preferred). * Experience with DocuSign (preferred). * New home sales experience (preferred).
