As we expand, we're looking for a driven, salon-savvy professional to join our team. What You 'll Do As our Sales & Partnerships Executive, you'll be the front line of our growth--connecting with tanning salons, answering product inquiries, building client relationships, and partnering with distributors. You'll also get the rare opportunity to shape products by collaborating with our in-house designers, developers, and formulators. Your Core Responsibilities * Sell and manage salon accounts (inbound + outbound outreach) * Develop distributor relationships and coordinate reorders * Respond to product and pricing inquiries with professionalism and speed * Monitor basic inventory levels and flag restock needs * Suggest new products or packaging ideas based on salon feedback * Collaborate with designers and developers to create or update products * Attend industry events or trade shows (optional travel) What We 're Looking For * Required: Experience working with tanning salons (sales, supplier, rep, or management) * Proven sales or account management experience (1-3 years) * Strong written + verbal communication * Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage leads independently * Creative mindset--comfortable contributing ideas for new products or branding * Familiarity with CRM tools and eCommerce platforms (bonus) What You 'll Get * Base Salary + Commission * Performance-based bonuses * Access to new product development + branding teams * Product discounts and salon starter kits * Flexible hours (autonomy with accountability) * A chance to help shape a growing brand Sound like you?
