Mercedes Benz of White Plains is seeking an experienced, dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to join our growing team. WHAT WE OFFER: * Medical, dental, vision * Wellness program * 401K * Paid Time Off * Community involvement * Career growth * Supplemental Insurance * Competitive Salary RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process * Maintain positive relationships with our clients, factory representatives, and vendors * Build rapport with customers to establish customer network * Work with our marketing team to develop advertising campaigns * Achieve manufacturer performance objectives * Manage the new vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades * Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals * Manage all other aspects of the sales department * Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars REQUIREMENTS: * Prior luxury automotive sales managerial experience required * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Understanding of inventory control * Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, ADP/CDK, CRM) * Professional appearance and demeanor * Strong work ethic * Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) * As our ideal candidates are technologically adept, we only accept online applications.
