Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the home improvement sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies. This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Duties * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques. * Collaborate with marketing to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Proficiency in similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales processes. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Strong outside sales experience with a focus on building long-term client relationships. * Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. * Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. * A deep understanding of home improvement products or services is preferred but not mandatory.
