Job Title: Sales Manager Job Summary: The Current Hotel, part of the Marriott Autograph Collection- a portfolio of distinctive and inspiring hotels- is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager. This position is key in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. If you're a motivated professional with a passion for hospitality and sales, we'd love to have you on board. Key Responsibilities: * Actively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across multiple market segments. * Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners. * Conduct site tours, presentations, and sales calls to showcase the hotel's unique offerings. * Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to optimize pricing strategies and meet occupancy and revenue goals. * Work closely with the Events and Catering teams to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events. * Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust sales strategies as needed. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems. * Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, including forecasts, activity logs, and revenue updates. Qualifications: * Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role, with a strong record of achieving sales targets. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency in CRM systems, hotel property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Knowledge of Marriott systems and standards is a plus but not required. Physical Requirements: * Flexibility to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and industry events. * Ability to attend events or meetings outside regular business hours, as required.
